Return Policy
All sales are final unless discussed prior to purchase. Inspect the box as soon as it arrives. If the box is damaged do not accept it. If you are dissatisfied with your order please e-mail or call within 7 days from the date you received the item.

Non-Returnable items
All custom or framed art, blown glass and or special orders are not returnable. If there is a manufacturer defect please call 813-671-9450 immediately to discuss. Each item is produced at a specific facility within the U.S.A.

DO NOT RETURN TO GROUND ZERO DESIGNS IN RIVERVIEW, FLORIDA.
